I just bought a few new winter weather knit caps that look like wool but are actually 100% acrylic. I was wondering if the fibers in acrylic will hurt your hair or cause breakage? I take very good care of my hair and have very little split ends or breakage. Please help!Will wearing acrylic knit hats damage your hair?
I wouldn't have thought it would do any harm at all, the reverse in fact because you will be protecting your hair from the elements. You might get a bit of static, though!Will wearing acrylic knit hats damage your hair?
Wool will cause breakage the material and rubbing. I think you should be ok with acrylic.
