In moving, we had some of our acrylic paintings get dents. Is there a way to fix, my wife is the artist...?

She can match the color and repair the paint, but she is not sure how to fix the dents. They are from a couple of items, and they shifted so the corners or edges pressed into the paintings. They were in a container travelling for days, so there was constant pressure. It is easy, just spray some water on the back of the canvas where the dents are and that will stretch the canvas as it dries. After it dries the canvas will look like new.
