Are gel nails sharper or are acrylic nails?

I need protection in college.Are gel nails sharper or are acrylic nails?
Acrylic is more sharp and harder than gel. The gel nails are to flimsey.Are gel nails sharper or are acrylic nails?
Acrylic lend themselves to become very sharp, but the crack easily. The gel is stronger but harder to sharpen.
acrylic is better in your case but if your worried about jamming your nails get gel becuase thell bend a little and not hurt as much as acrylic would
Acrylic is stronger. Gel is more flexible. Personally, I prefer acrylic. They stand up to much more abuse.





Be sure to find yourself a reputable nail technician. Stay away from budget nail salons. Remember, you get what you pay for.
umm well my sister has really short nails so they told her that gel nails will help for her nails to grow so she got them but yea i dont know the difference that much between gel and acrylic nails but i think that acrylic nails are shaper depending how u get them shaped
Your own nails would be a better idea.Both of these other choices can create infections in your fingers %26amp; nails.You can strengten your own with Sally Hanson-Diamond Strength-instant nail hardener.Which can be bought @ Walmart for less than 6.00.Which costs less than fake nails.Also wear large rings on fingers,makes a nice homemade brass knuckles.LOL works really.
