Just removed acrylic nails and my real nails hurt. What should I do to make them stronger and healthier?

How did you remove your acrylic nails?

If you bit or picked them off well of course their gonna hurt, you have ripped layers of your natural nail off with the acrylic, hence the damage and pain.

If you have acrylic on and no longer wish to wear them go see a professional and get them soaked off properly......Just removed acrylic nails and my real nails hurt. What should I do to make them stronger and healthier?
put a couple of layers of clear topcoat on your nails. they're used to being covered-up and this will make the transition to un-covered more gradual. after a few weeks, you might want to go back to the acrylic if your nails don't feel better ... they've gotten used to the strength and durability of the acrylics. either way, you'll be fine.Just removed acrylic nails and my real nails hurt. Not much you can do because you probably remember that the nails got filed down before the acrylics were put on. They start feeling more normal pretty fast. I'd just keep lotion on my hands and nails and make sure to eat a balanced diet.
ok so use a nail strenghtener from like sally hansen or something. and use it on the nail, under the nail, on the cutical, and on the skin around the nail. do that once a day and apply a clear coat.
theyre gonna hurt causee fake nails damage ur nails jus leave em alone and let them grow back. some of those nail products realli lie so dnt waste ur money jus to wear ur nails down n u cud be alergic 2 sum of da **** dey put it in so jus let ur nails be iight
haha it feels like taking your helmet off and running intoa wall doesnt it.... just use some sally hensen nail strengthener all over the nail... you can put some color on too to hide the ugly nails while they get healthy again
Eat jello/gelatin, drink and eat stuff with calcium in it, and use clear nail polish.
